Sophia & Matt design handbags, accessories and clothing made exclusively from laminated fabrics, and cottons. They work with large oversized prints, big bold colours, spots, stripes and florals. Their products are designed handcut & handmade in London. They started their design company in 2005 at Greenwich Market, having spent the last seven years studying design (3 years Art and 4 years specialising in their respective subjects). Sophia has a degree in fashion design and Matt's degree was in Graphic design.

We found that we were very well suited to this environment, the market brings in a great range of customers and this has pushed us to continually improve ourselves and our products."

"In 3 short years since launching our company at Greenwich Market, we have sold over 40,000 products in London, we sell to cusomers and shops all over the world, and recently (February 2009) launched our company in Tokyo. We work from our East London design studio, just 10 minutes from the Market."
